Flavours of the Seaside Delight Dysphagia Diners

The perennially popular Fish & Chips has been reinvented by Wiltshire Farm Foods for its Softer Foods customers and is now available in Level 4 Purée.

The Battered Fish & Chips is oven cook only and has been months in development resulting in a puréed white fish topped in delicious golden batter.

Served with seasoned chips and peas, the new product development team understood the popularity of its standard Fish & Chips dish and was keen to introduce a texture modified equivalent for its Softer Foods customers.

Development Chef, Jethro Lawrence, hopes customers living with dysphagia will enjoy the flavours saying:

“We wanted to give diners a taste of the seaside to enjoy in the comfort of their home.”
