Of all nutrients, the single essential amino acid leucine, possesses the most marked anabolic characteristics in acting as a trigger element for the initiation of protein synthesis.1 All flavours of Renapro Shot already contain leucine.
HMB is a metabolite of leucine which stimulates and increases protein synthesis, as well as preventing and decreasing protein breakdown.1
250 mg of HMB is equivalent to consuming an extra 5 g of leucine.2
Renapro® Shot is high protein (20 g), low calories (95 kcal) and low volume (60 ml). Each bottle is made from recycled plastic and can be recycled again after use.
