Fruit Juice Matters – What’s really in your glass of orange juice?

Public confusion persists about the purity of 100% fruit juice – whether it contains added sugars or even what portion size to consume. Adding to the confusion, a recent survey of health professionals, found that 63% of respondents believed 100% fruit juice contained added ingredients such as sugar, colourings and preservatives, which is not the case.
